John Moon

John earned a BS degree in Biology and also became endorsed to teach Integrated Science from Utah Valley University before teaching in a local school district for three years. John has also completed an Educational Masters degree in Instructional Technology. Previous to his career in education, he spent over seven years working for Microsoft, Dell, and other technology companies supporting and testing hardware and software products. John has been married for over eleven years and has three wonderful girls. When not at school, he loves spending his time with his family playing basketball or riding bicycles in the mountains or around local lakes. Teaching has been a very satisfying and enjoyable experience for John and one that he plans to do until he retires. He especially loves watching students get excited about the whole learning experience
